Returns & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at hello@liftedbeautyandwellness.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.
Important Exceptions — Final Sale Items
For health, hygiene, and patient safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

All skincare and topical products, including masks, serums, creams, and professional-use skincare

Medical-grade skincare products dispensed through licensed medical spa practices

Custom or special-order items

These products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped or opened, even if unused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@liftedbeautyandwellness.com so we can promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Because many items are final sale, exchanges are not guaranteed. When eligible, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return eligible, non-hygienic items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Skincare, personal care products, and medical-grade items remain exempt from return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds (Eligible Returns Only)
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
